摘要
慢性肾衰血管钙化以“虚”为本,以脾肾亏虚、心之气血阴阳不足和血脉虚损为主。“毒”为之初,疾病初起,浊毒内生,气结在经,久则毒陷营分、血伤入络;“瘀”为之末,末期毒瘀胶结、虚瘀互损。“虚”“毒”“瘀”三者互为因果、如环无端,共同致病。治疗慢性肾衰血管钙化应以治未病思想为指导,针对“虚、毒、瘀”的病机演变,发挥中医药优势,做到未病先防、既病防变,阻止血管钙化的发生与恶化。
It is believed that"deficiency"is the origin pathogenesis of chronic renal failure-associated vascular calcification(CRF-associated VC),mainly including Spleen and Kidney deficiency,Heart Qi,blood,Yin,and Yang deficiency as well as blood insufficiency."toxin"is the beginning of pathogenesis.In its early stage,the turbid Toxin is generated inside and the Qi stagnates in the meridians.After a long time,the toxin is traped in the Ying blood and the damage of blood would enter into the collaterals."stasis"is at the end of the disease in pathogenesis.Toxin and Blood stasis cemented at this stage,with deficiency and blood stasis dam:aging each other.The three factors of"deficiency""toxin"and"stasis"are mutually the cause and effect,like an endless ring,to cause the disease together.The treatment of CRF-associated VC should be guided by the idea of treating the disease before it occurs,aiming at the evolution of the pathogenesis of"deficiency,toxin,and stasis",and giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,to prevent the disease beforehand,or prevent the disease from changing,and eventually prevent the occurrence and deterioration of vascular calcification.
