摘要
目的探讨以病例分型为基础的护士分层级管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2015年1月—2017年1月间深圳市福田区妇幼保健院辖区医院住院部60名妇产科护士作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用常规的护理管理,观察组采用以病例分型为基础的护士分层级管理。分析两组护理人员的护理工作质量、综合能力、护理工作满意度。结果观察组在干预后护士的护理工作质量、综合能力、护理工作满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以病例分型为基础的护士分层级管理,能够有效提升妇产科护理管理中的护理工作质量、护士综合能力、护理工作满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical nurse management based on case classification in Gynecology and Obstetrics nursing management. Methods 60 nurses in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the district hospital from January,2015 to January,2017 were randomly selected as the research subjects. According to the ratio of 1： 1,they were randomly assigned to the observation group（ 30 cases） and the control group（ 30 cases）. The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group adopted the hierarchical management based on case classification. The nursing quality,comprehensive ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were analyzed and compared. Results The nursing quality,comprehensive ability and nursing job satisfaction of the nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The stratified management of nurses based on the case classification can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,the comprehensive ability of nurses and the satisfaction of nursing work in the nursing management of Obstetrics and Gynecology. So it is worth popularization.
