摘要
目的 :发现病例质量存在的主要缺陷和医疗纠纷投诉的主要问题 ,提出防范措施。方法 :以 3所三级甲等医院 2 0 0 1年1月 1日至 2 0 0 3年 12月 31日住院患者中 ,向学校投诉的 16 3起医疗纠纷原始病案为研究对象 ,运用《病例分型质量管理系统》软件进行病例质量分析 ,结合患方投诉的问题 ,作统计描述。结果 :涉及医疗纠纷的病例综合质量偏低 ;医疗纠纷主要发生在疑难危重病例 ;疾病转归与患方的预期分歧较大。结论 :防范医疗纠纷的主要措施是加强业务培训和质量管理 ;增加医患间的沟通 ;
Objective: Analyze 163 cases complained to medical dispute, find the main defect in medical quality and main problems delivered, and put forward preventing countermeasures. Methods: Collect 163 cases acclaimed to University from Jan 1st, 2003 to Dec 31st, 2003, and analyze medical quality with software “Case Variety Quality Management System”. Results: The comprehensive quality is low in cases related to medical dispute; Medical disputes occurs in severe cases; The lapse of diseases is far from the expectation of patients. Conclusion: The main measures preventing medical disputes are as followed: strengthening training and quality management; enhancing communication between doctors and patients; enforcing consciousness and ability of prevention.
