摘要
随着对类风湿关节炎研究的深入,类风湿关节炎细胞模型和动物模型被广泛运用于类风湿关节炎发病机制研究和抗类风湿新药的研发。细胞模型和动物模型模拟人类疾病状态的程度以及评价方法的可靠性和准确性直接影响实验研究结果的价值。查阅相关文献,从造模方法、造模机制、评价指标及方法优劣等方面对类风湿性关节炎的实验模型进行综述,为建立与人类类风湿性关节炎高度相似的类风湿性关节炎模型提供参考。
For the further research on rheumatoid arthritis, the study of rhe umatoid arthritis mechanism and anti-rheumatoid drugs highly depends on effective cell models and animal models. The degree of similarity of cell models and animal models to human disease status and the accuracy and reliability of evaluation methods of them directly influence the value of the results of experiments.The related literatures of rheumatoid arthritis were reviewed and summarized from their modeling methods, modeling mechanism,evaluation index, merits and demerits, which will provide reference for establishing RA models that are similar to human RA.
