转录因子Egr2/Egr3在类风湿关节炎寒证中的作用机制 被引量:4

摘要 本文阐述Egr2/Egr3与机体免疫的关系及其可能的生物学特征。认为转录因子Egr2/Egr3通过SOCS和Batf相关信号通路调节机体免疫,抑制JAK-STAT信号通路,减少Th1及Th17的分化,从而降低相关细胞因子的分泌。转录因子Egr2/Egr3可能参与RA的发病机制,RA的寒热证候存在特征性的生物学基础;GO功能分析发现寒证与TLRs信号通路有关,或许为RA的缓解和治疗提出新的挑战。Egr2/Egr3为核心的炎性通路可能是RA寒证的生物学基础特征之一,其表达及功能的异常与RA寒证的长期慢性炎性过程相关,可最终导致炎性因子的大量形成,促进滑膜血管翳以及骨破坏的形成。研究Egr2/Egr3在RA寒证中的作用机制,将有助于揭示RA寒热辨证系统下RA寒证的生物学基础特征,丰富RA中医辨证的生物学内涵。 This paper illustrated the relationship between Egr2/Egr3 and organismal immunity and its possible biological characteristics.It is suggested that transcription factors Egr2/Egr3 regulate the body immunity through SOCS and Batfrelated signaling pathways,inhibit the JAK-STAT signaling pathway,reduce the differentiation of Th1 and Th17,and thus decrease the secretion of related cytokines.The transcription factors Egr2/Egr3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA,and there is a characteristic biological basis for the cold and hot symptoms of RA;GO functional analysis revealed that cold symptoms are associated with TLRs signaling pathway,which may present a new challenge for the remission and treatment of RA.the inflammatory pathway centered on Egr2/Egr3 may be one of the biological basis for the cold symptoms of RA,and its abnormal expression and function are associated with the abnormal expression and function of Egr2/Egr3 are associated with the long-term chronic inflammatory process of RA cold disease,which may eventually lead to the massive formation of inflammatory factors and promote the formation of synovial vascular opacification and bone destruction.The study of the mechanism of Egr2/Egr3 in RA cold syndrome will help to reveal the biological basis of RA cold syndrome under the RA cold-heat syndrome system and enrich the biological connotation of RA syndrome differentiation.
