The Generative Events in Teaching and the Teacher's Educational Wisdom

摘要 教学生成是教学矛盾的外在表现,指师生在教学互动过程中,由于双方在观念、立场和发展水平等方面的差异而产生的在教学目标、内容、方法与评价等方面的分歧和对抗现象,它具有必然性、偶发性、危机性和价值性的特征。按照引发生成事件的原因,教学生成事件可以分为两类:一是预设内容与生成内容不一致引发的冲突;二是师生价值观不一致引发的冲突。教学生成事件对课堂教学的顺利进行和教师本人的综合素质提出了挑战,它需要教师具备教育智慧才能成功应对。教师成功应对教学生成事件,为展开更富有教育意义的教学活动提供了基础。 There exist some difference in ideas,positions and developing levels between teachers and students in the interactive teaching activities. These difference leads to the divergence and confrontation of instructional objectives,contents,methods and assessments. This phenomenon is defined as Teaching Generation. Teaching Generation is the external manifestation of teaching contradiction,and it possesses four features of inevitability,contingency,crisis and value. Teaching Generation always takes the teaching generative event as the carrier,so,based on the causes,it could be classified into two kinds: one is caused by the inconsistent between presupposition content and generated content,the other is caused by the inconsistent values between teachers and students. The generative events in teaching challenge the smooth progress of classroom teaching and the comprehensive quality of teachers. It is necessary for teachers to have the wisdom of education to deal with them successfully. The proper response of teachers to teaching events can provide a more meaningful basis for teaching activities.
