延续性护理干预对老年患者髋关节置换术后功能恢复及生活质量的影响被引量：13

摘要目的探讨延续性护理干预对老年患者髋关节置换术后功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2016年8月济源市中医院收治拟行髋关节置换的老年患者68例,将其按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组行常规护理,在对照组基础上给予观察组延续性护理干预。对比两组出院时、出院4个月后髋关节功能(Harris)及世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分。结果出院时,两组Harris及WHOQOLBREF评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院4个月后,观察组Harris及WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年行髋关节置换术患者延续性护理干预,有利于其髋关节功能恢复,且有助于生活质量提升。
