摘要
目的探讨探讨手术室整体舒适护理在人工股骨头置换术患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年6月到2019年6月期间收治的股骨骨折患者50例,患者均行人工股骨头置换术治疗,分组原则以随机分组为准,25例患者作为对照组,行常规护理;另25例为观察组,行手术室整体舒适护理,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果干预前,组间比较情绪状态(SAS、SDS)评分均无较大差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);观察组患者手术室预留时间明显较对照组缩短,观察组患者舒适度评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均存在明显差异(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率、护理满意度比较差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以人工股骨头置换术患者手术室整体舒适护理干预能够取得较为理想的效果,且可促使患者情绪状态改善,具有推广价值。
Objective This article aims to explore the application value of the whole comfortable nursing in the operation room in the patients with artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 50 patients with femoral fractures treated in our hospital from June2018 to June 2019 were selected.All patients were treated with artificial femoral head replacement.The principle of grouping was randomized.25 patients were used as a control group.Nursing,the other 25 patients were in the observation group,who performed overall comfortable nursing in the operating room,and compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the emotional state(SAS,SDS)between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The time reserved for the operating room of the patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing intervention in the operating room of patients with artificial femoral head replacement can achieve ideal results,and promote the improvement of patients’emotional state,which is worth popularizing.
