摘要
某大跨重型钢桁架施工中,对预埋件埋设、承重支架安装、钢桁架构件吊装及钢承重支架拆除等工序采取针对性措施,对支承架拆除前后的应力进行监测,这些措施优化了结构施工和使用阶段的内力分布,节约了工期,经济效益良好。
During construction of a wide-span heavy steel truss, special measures were adopted for different construction steps, such as embedment pre-embedded component, installation of load- bearing bracket, lifting of steel truss member and dismantlement of load-bearing steel bracket, etc. The stress was monitored before and after dismantlement of the supporting bracket and the monitoring results showed that these measures successfully optimized the internal force distribution during structural construction, and shorten the construction period and realized favorable economic benefit.
