摘要
基于陕西大剧院仿古钢屋盖施工过程,详细介绍屋盖滑移施工关键技术。介绍了针对现场场地小而设计的高空滑移平台、充分利用塔式起重机的高空散装以及针对滑移顶推器与桁架支座空间小而采取的处理方法等。此施工技术为解决施工现场场地狭小、不具备桁架地面拼装和大吨位起重机进场条件等问题提供了一种安装思路。
Through the construction process of the archaize steel roof in Shaanxi Grand Theater,the key technology of roof sliding construction is introduced in detail. This paper introduces the design of high altitude sliding platform for small field site,making full use of high altitude bulk of tower crane,and handling methods for small space between sliding jack and truss support. This construction technology provides an installation idea for solving the small site of the construction site,having no truss ground assembly and the entry condition of the large tonnage crane.
