摘要
近年来,伴随着我国高层建筑施工工艺的逐渐成熟,钢结构连廊在超高层建筑中屡见不鲜,异形、悬挑等复杂钢结构连廊也出现得越来越多。这些钢连廊的外形特殊、跨度大、安装精度高,同时面临复杂的施工条件,传统的施工安装技术已经不能够满足对安全性和施工效率的需求。本文主要研究了深圳某中心项目55m大跨度悬挑“Z”字形钢结构连廊拼装提升的施工工艺,旨在解决现有施工方法的不足。该工程采用钢结构连廊原位拼装、29m超长悬挑提升支架、分两次液压整体提升以及有限元软件的模拟分析等技术,是完成本工程钢连廊的拼装和提升有力的支撑,解决了超大跨度、超长悬挑、场地受限等施工难题,提高级工程师程的安全性和施工效率,确保了施工质量和工期目标。
In recent years,with the gradual maturity of China’s high-rise building construction technology,steel structure corridors are common in super high-rise buildings,and complex steel structure corridors such as special-shaped and cantilevered structures are also appearing more and more.These steel corridors have special shapes,large spans,high installation accuracy,and complex construction conditions,and traditional construction and installation technologies can no longer meet the needs for safety and construction efficiency.This paper mainly studies the construction technology of 55-meter long-span cantilevered“Z”shaped steel structure corridor assembly and lifting of a central project in Shenzhen,aiming to solve the shortcomings of existing construction methods.The project adopts the in-situ assembly of steel structure corridor,29m super long cantilever lifting bracket,two hydraulic overall lifting and finite element software simulation analysis and other technologies,which is a strong support for the completion of the assembly and lifting of the steel corridor of the project,solves the construction problems such as super large span,super long overhang,site limitation,etc.,improves the safety and construction efficiency of the project,and ensures the construction quality and construction period objectives.
