摘要
目的研究水痘感染预防控制中水痘减毒活疫苗接种的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月至2014年5月入院的74例接受水痘减毒活疫苗接种幼儿为研究组;同时,选取同期74例未接受水痘减毒活疫苗接种幼儿作为对照组。两组均随访3年。对比两组幼儿的水痘感染发生率与研究组的不良反应发生率。结果研究组的水痘感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组74例幼儿中,1例幼儿发生轻度不良反应,体温37.0~37.5℃,无重度反应者,不良反应发生率为1.35%。结论水痘感染预防控制中水痘减毒活疫苗接种的应用效果显著,可使水痘感染发生率下降,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得推广运用。
Objective To study the application effect of live attenuated vaccine against varicella vaccination on prevention and control of varicella infection. Methods A total of 74 cases of children inoculated by live attenuated vaccine against varicella in hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were set as the study group; at the same time, 74 cases of children did not accept live attenuated vaccine against varicella vaccination were set as the control group. The follow-up time of the two groups was 3 years. The incidence of varicella infection of both groups and incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were compared. Results The incidence of varicella infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. In the 74 children of the study group, 1 children had mild adverse reactions, body temperature was 37.0-37.5 ℃, and no severe reactions occurred, the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.35%. Conclusion The application effect of live attenuated vaccine against varicella vaccination in the prevention and control of varicella infection is significant, which can reduce the incidence of varicella infection, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety, it is worthy of popularization and application.
