摘要
目的分析1例接种水痘减毒活疫苗后发生急性播散性脑脊髓炎的原因,为处理类似疑似预防接种异常反应提供参考。方法对病例开展个案调查,收集患儿病历资料和接种资料。结果经过对病例的调查和综合分析,预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组认为该病可能与病毒感染、自身免疫状态和疫苗接种等多因素相关,不排除与疫苗接种有关。结论充分的调查、科学的判断和有效的沟通是顺利处理疑似预防接种异常反应的关键,也能减少疑似预防接种异常反应带来的负面影响。
Objective To analyze the cause of one case of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis after the inoculation of varicella attenuated live vaccine in order to provide a reference for the disposal of similar suspicious adverse events following immunization(AEFI).Methods The case investigation was conducted to collect medical records and inoculation data of the patient.Results After investigation and comprehensive analysis of the case,the experts of AEFI investigation and diagnosis group said that the disease may be related to multiple factors such as viral infection,autoimmune status and vaccination.Conclusion Adequate investigation,scientific judgment and effective communication are the key to the successful disposal of AEFI,which can also reduce the negative impacts of suspicious AEFI.
