摘要
水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病,多见于儿童,传播能力强,学校幼儿园时常出现暴发,患病后影响身体健康和正常的学习生活,因此有必要了解水痘的流行病学特征,掌握预防策略。目前,水痘疫苗1针次疫苗存在免疫效力不足的问题,建议对水痘疫苗免疫程序进行调整,积极推动2针次水痘疫苗的免疫策略,建立有效的人群免疫屏障,从而减少托幼机构及小学的水痘暴发疫情,达到控制及消除水痘的目的 。
Varicella caused by Varicella-zoster-virus, is currently one of acute infectious diseases with ocurred in children and widespreaded. The Outbreak of varieella is prevalent in kindergarten and school. Some patients may also suffer the varicella-related complications, which would negatively affect their health and normal life. It is necessary for us to understand the progress of varicella epidemiological features and prevention strategies. It was advised to adjust varieella vaccine strategy, implement two doses of varicella vaccine of children immunization strategy, establish the effective immunity barrier and reduce the varieella outbreak in kindergarten and primary school, two doses VarV could prevent varieella spread virtually and eliminate varicella.
