摘要
以C校为例,文章探讨了高职示范校建设过程中的组织学习、组织防卫以及组织纠错能力问题。整体上,以单循环为主的组织学习以及集中动员式的组织方式能够给予相关组织和成员以很强的激励,有助于克服组织成员的习惯性防卫,推进组织学习的开展。推动组织学习的组织体制的固有缺陷可能会导致组织学习的负向激励,进而影响到组织自身的纠错能力和真正的学习。
Taking the construction of higher vocational demonstration schools as example,the paper discusses the problems of organizational learning,organizational defensive and error correction capability in the construction of higher vocational demonstration schools.On the whole,single cycle based organizational learning and centralized mobilization organization can give relevant organizations and members a strong incentive,help overcome organizational members′customary defense and promote the development of organizational learning.The defects of organizational system that promote organizational learning may lead to negative incentives for organizational learning,which will affect the organization′s ability to correct errors and real learning.
