摘要
健康扶贫是精准扶贫的重要组成部分,是维护贫困群体健康权益的重要途径。文章在总结健康扶贫政策实施经验及其不足的基础上,提出参与式健康扶贫的理念,并分析了制约参与式健康扶贫开展的主要障碍。建议政府通过建立专门联络组织、提高被扶贫群体参与意识及应用互联网思维等手段优化参与式健康扶贫。
Health poverty alleviation is an important part of precision poverty alleviation and an important way to safeguard the health rights of poor groups.On the basis of summing up the experiences and deficiencies in the implementation of the policy of health poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward the concept of participatory health poverty alleviation and analyzes the main obstacles to the participatory health poverty alleviation.It is recommended that the government optimize the participatory health poverty alleviation via the establishment of specialized liaison organizations,raising the awareness of the participation of poverty alleviation groups and applying Internet thinking.
