摘要
目的探究癌痛规范化治疗示范病房建立后,对癌痛患者生命质量和医疗资源利用的影响,为癌痛的科学、规范管理提供理论依据。方法选择上海市某医院恶性肿瘤患者180例,以建立癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的时间为节点,分别设立包含90例患者的观察组和对照组。对照组实施经验止痛,观察组实施规范化止痛,治疗结束后对患者生命质量、疼痛缓解及医疗资源利用等情况进行分析。结果两组患者的一般临床资料基本均衡,治疗前两组患者生命质量的各项指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施不同的癌痛管理方法后,观察组的效果构成(评价为优的占比57.8%,优良率为96.7%)优于对照组(评价为优的占比48.9%,优良率82.0%)、住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌痛规范化治疗与经验性治疗相比,在提升癌症患者生命质量、减少其住院费用和时间、提高医疗资源利用率等方面具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the effects of the model ward with standardized cancer pain treatment on the quality of life of cancer patients and the utilization of medical resources, so as to provide theoretical basis for the scientific and standardized management of cancer pain. Methods A total of 180 patients with malignant tumors in a hospital in Shanghai were selected before the establishment of the model ward with standardized cancer pain treat-ment and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 90 patients in each group. The control group was treated with empirical pain relief while the observation group was treated with standardized pain relief. After the treatment, the patients7 quality of life, pain relief, and utilization of medical resources were analyzed. Re-sults The general clinical data of the two groups of patients were basically equivalent, and there was no statisti-cally significant difference in the indicators of quality of life between the two groups before treatment （P 〉0. 05）. After the implementation of different cancer pain management methods, the effect composition of the observation group （57. 8% of the patients were rated as excellent while 96.1% were rated as good or excellent. ） was better than that of the control group （48.9% of the patients were rated as excellent while 82. 0% were rated as good or excellent） . The length and costs of hospitalization were both lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Compared with the empiric treatment, standardized treatment of cancer pain plays an important role in promoting quality of life of cancer patients, reducing their hospitalization costs and time and improving the utilization of medical resources.
