摘要
对轨道交通车辆转向架侧梁焊接装备的结构设计进行了介绍,对其液压系统进行了计算。这一焊接装备由主体框架、液压夹紧模块、三转臂定位座定位夹紧模块、侧梁主定位模块组成,可以保证转向架侧梁焊接的质量。
The physical design of the welding equipment for side beams of the rail transit vehicle bogies was introduced and its hydraulic system was calculated. The welding equipment is composed of the main frame, the hydraulic clamping module, the positioning and clamping module of the three-arm positioning seat and the main positioning module of the side beam, it could guarantee the wehting quality of the side beam of the bogie.
