摘要
                
                    以小吨位内燃叉车机罩为对象,基于台架试验对内燃叉车机罩的疲劳特性进行研究。在研究中,得到了机罩材料的应力寿命曲线,对机罩进行了静力学分析,并通过nCode试验疲劳分析获得了两种试验台下落高度下机罩的疲劳寿命。依据Palmgren-Miner线性疲劳损伤累积法则,结合强化试验测试结果,预测了内燃叉车机罩在假定使用工况下的疲劳寿命。
                
                The small-tonnage diesel fork lift truck hood was taken as an object,and the fatigue behavior of the diesel fork lift truck hood was studied based on a bench test.In the study,the stress-life curve of the hood material was obtained,the hood was subjected to a static analysis,and the fatigue life of the hood at two drop heights of the test bench was obtained through the fatigue analysis of nCode test.According to the Palmgren-Miner linear fatigue damage accumulation rule and incorporating the results of the strengthening test,the fatigue life of the diesel fork lift truck hood under the assumed operating conditions was predicted.
