摘要
大豆磷脂广泛存在于大豆中,是大豆工业加工后的副产物,具有调节脂肪代谢、改善免疫机能等功效。饲料生产中添加大豆磷脂可以为畜禽提供多种营养物质,改善其生产繁育机能,提高其抗病能力,在畜禽繁殖中,大豆磷脂也可以用来作为保存精子的材料。文章重点论述了大豆磷脂的各项生理功效及其在畜禽生产中的研究与应用。
Soybean phospholipids exists widely in soybean and are the by-product of soybean industry.They can regulate fat metabolism and improve the immune function.The feed supplemented with soybean phospholipids can provide a variety of nutrients for livestock and poultry,improve their production and breeding function,and enhance their disease resistance.Soybean phospholipids can also be used as a sperm storage material in livestock and poultry breeding.This paper focuses on the physiological effects of soybean phospholipids and its research and application in livestock and poultry production.
