摘要
黑茶是中国一大特有的发酵茶类,近年来因被报道具有降低血脂、改善血压、调节血糖等功效而备受关注。然而,相比于绿茶和红茶,目前尚无系统性地有关黑茶改善代谢综合征功效及其分子机理研究现状的综述。通过全面总结和分析,迄今为止国内外学者在细胞、动物和人体临床水平上关于黑茶改善糖脂代谢异常现象的研究数据,发现黑茶确实能在一定程度上降低体重并改善糖脂代谢综合征,但其分子机制研究相对较少,人体临床数据累积不足,且黑茶的安全毒理性评价亦缺乏。所以,黑茶有效成分的结构鉴定及其在不同细胞系中的分子机理亟待系统性研究,动物实验需要更为科学合理的设计,人体临床数据有待进一步的积累,这样才能更安全有效地发挥干预代谢综合征的功效,加速其在保健食品或药品领域的应用。
Dark tea,as a special kind of fermented tea in China,is recently concerned owing to its biological function of regulation in blood lipid,blood pressure and blood glucose. Nevertheless,there is no systematic review about the efficiency of dark tea on improving metabolic syndrome( Mets) and its underlying molecular mechanisms,comparing with green tea and black tea. By comprehensively summarizing and analysing the present research data on the improvement of Mets in cells,animals and human body by dark tea intake or treatment,the results revealed that dark tea could reduce the body weight and improve the Mets in a certain degree. However,there is limited study on the molecular mechanism of this function,lack of clinic trial on its efficiency and most importantly,there is inadequate data on the safety and toxicity evaluation of dark tea in the body. Consequently,the structures of its active ingredients and the molecular mechanisms in diverse cell types need to be well systematically investigated,animal experiments need to be better scientifically designed,and the human clinical data require to be more accumulated. Only in this way will it intervene with metabolic syndrome more safely and more efficiently and accelerate its application in the development of function food or medicine.
