摘要
本科生培养是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,其培养过程和效果对于促进我国社会生产力的发展具有举足轻重的作用。通过对国内外相关的本科生科研实践引导的教学实践分析发现,为了有效提高本科生的科研兴趣和实践能力,建议在校园文化、激励政策、师资配备、平台保障和校外实训基地等方面予以大力重视和建设,从而为广大本科生的科研探索提供政策、物质和人力支持,促进青年科技人才的培养。
Undergraduate training is an important part of China＇s higher education,which plays a decisive role in the promotion of China＇s social productivity. Analyses of teaching practice based on the domestic and foreign relevant undergraduate s cientific research practices,which showed that in order to effectively improve the students interest in scientific research and practice ability, great attention and construction taken into campus culture,incentive policy,teaching staff,platform security and training base outside,thus providing policy,for the majority of undergraduate scientific research and exploration of the material and manpower support,promote the cultivation of the youth science and technology talents.
