摘要
针对大功率永磁电机推进系统中旋转变压器转子位置误差补偿的应用需求,首先对位置信号采样过程中惰转转速跌落导致的位置非线性变化进行了位置重构。基于重构合成的位置信号,采用误差信号提取、误差频谱分析、特征频率补偿及查表插值的补偿方法,对旋转变压器固有误差进行了补偿。实验结果验证了位置重构和误差补偿的有效性和实用性。
According to the application requirement of resolver position error compensation in high-power permanent- magnet machine propulsion system, a method of position reconstruction for the nonlinear changing of position signal due to the speed drop of rudder during the sampling process of position signal is proposed.The resolver inherent error is compensated through extraction of error signal,spectrum analysis,characteristic frequency compensation,look-up table and interpolation compensation based on the position reconstruction.The experiments verify the validity and practicability of the position reconstruction and error compensation.
