二维伺服系统旋变解码电路设计

Design of resolver decoding circuit for two-dimensional servo system

摘要 为了适应弹载雷达导引头二维伺服系统小型化的发展需求,设计开发了一款小型化共激磁旋转变压器解码电路。介绍了旋转变压器测角原理,模数转换芯片AD2S1210的解码原理和双通道运放FX2546及应用电路。通过设计共激磁放大电路,实现了二维伺服系统旋变解码电路的集成化和小型化设计。该设计精简了传统分立器件组成的多级推勉驱动电路,提升了旋变解码电路的集成化程度和可靠性。经实验验证,该旋变解码电路工作可靠、性能稳定,电路规模缩减了一倍以上,适用于工程应用。 In order to meet the need of miniaturization of two-dimensional servo system for missile-borne radar seeker,a miniaturized Coexcitation resolver decoder is designed and developed.The principle of angle measurement with resolver,the decoding principle of AD2S1210,the dual-channel operational amplifier FX2546 and the application circuit are introduced. By designing the common excitation amplifier circuit,the integrated and miniaturized design of the resolver decoding circuit of the two-dimensional servo system is realized. This design simplifies the traditional multi-level drive circuit composed of discrete components,and improves the integration and reliability of the resolver decoding circuit. The experimental results show that the circuit is reliable and stable,and the size of the circuit has been reduced more than twice,so it is suitable for engineering application.
