摘要
高速永磁电机转子的不平衡量会引起转子横向振动,进而使转子受到附加动载荷,且转速越高,附加动载荷越大。针对高速永磁电机转子因受磁场影响,其动平衡结果与实际不平衡量相差较大,导致动平衡结果失真的问题,研究了不平衡力和磁力引起转子横向振动的机理,并以高速永磁电机转子为例进行试验研究。同时为了隔绝磁场对动平衡结果的影响,对现有动平衡机进行了相应的改进,通过高速永磁转子充磁前后的试验结果对比分析,验证了改进后动平衡机的可靠性,对于高速永磁转子的动平衡具有重要的工程应用意义。
The unbalance of high-speed permanent magnet rotor can lead to transverse vibration, so that the rotor is subject to additional dynamic load. The higher speed of rotor, the greater the additional dynamic load. The permanent magnet rotor is af- fected by the magnetic field and the dynamic balance result is quite different from the actual unbalance, which leads to the dis- tortion of the dynamic balance. Aimed at this problem, the mechanism of the transverse vibration caused by the unbalanced force and magnetic force was studied, and a test was carried out taking a rotor in high-speed permanent magnet motor as an ex- ample. In order to isolate the influence of the magnetic field on the dynamic balance, the existing dynamic balancing machine was modified accordingly. The reliability of the improved dynamic balancing machine was verified by comparing the test results before and after magnetizing the rotor. The study had an important engineering application significance for the dynamic balance of permanent magnet rotor.
