摘要
在区域经济发展环境的影响下,区域经济合作正逐步成为现代区域经济发展的重要组成部分,优化资源配置、增强区域竞争优势、共同抵御风险等特点为区域经济合作的推进提供了保障。囊括粤桂琼闽四省区在内的岭南—北部湾地区作为泛珠三角和"一带一路"建设的重要组成部分,积极谋求区域经济合作是保障经济长期可持续增长的有效途径。文章通过分析岭南—北部湾地区经济合作的基础、阻滞岭南—北部湾地区经济合作的障碍,提出基于粤桂琼闽"点→线→面→体→时空"多维度区域经济合作的岭南—北部湾经济一体化实现路径,并针对各个维度层面的区域经济合作进行政策讨论。
Under the influence of environment of regional economic development,regional economic cooperation is becoming an important part of regional economic development.It can optimize the allocation of resources,enhance the regional competitive advantage and resist risks etc.,so as to provide a guarantee for the region to promote economic cooperation.Lingnan-Beibu Gulf Region,contains Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainan,Fujian,as the most important part in Pan Pearl River Delta region and the ＂The Belt and Road＂,actively to seek regional economic cooperation is an effective way to ensure long-term sustainable economic growth.By analyzing the basic of Lingnan-Beibu Gulf regional economic cooperation,regional economic cooperation obstacles of Lingnan-Beibu Gulf Region,this paper puts forward the Lingnan-Beibu Gulf economic integration path based on the Guangdong-Guangxi-Hainan-Fujian ＂spot→line→two dimensions→three-dimensional→space-time＂ multi dimensional regional economic cooperation,and take policy discussion for regional economic cooperation in each dimension.
