摘要
茶叶在世界饮品中是一种古老且重要的饮品,其有着悠久的历史,在过去的5 000年间,其作为文化的载体,源于中国,走向世界。本文详细介绍了茶叶的起源、由来、传播以及分类,同时也分析了茶叶在全球的种植现状以及贸易情况,并且通过对茶叶在全球的分布、种植面积、产量、出口量和出口额的分析总结了国际茶叶的发展趋势。
Tea is an old and important drink among the world drinks,it has a long history.As a carrier of culture,it has come from China and gone to the world in the past 5000 years. In this paper, the beginning, origin,propagation and classification of tea were introduced in detail.At the same time, its cultivation and trade status in the world were also analyzed,through the analysis of distribution,planting area,yield,export amount and export volume of tea in the world, the international development trend of tea was summarized.
