摘要
为了进一步明确茶叶的特征归类,使同类茶的特性及不同类茶的差异更加清晰,通过对现行基本茶类的特征研究发现,黑茶不属于基本茶类。故提出绿茶、青茶、黄茶、白茶、红茶即五大基本茶类学说。
In order to further clarify the characteristics of tea leaves and make the characteristics of similar teas and the differences between different types of tea clearer,a study on the characteristics of the current basic teas found that dark tea does not belong to the basic teas.Therefore,green tea,oolong tea,yellow tea,white tea,and black tea are five basic tea theories.
