摘要
为进一步明确黑茶的茶类属性,根据陈椽教授提出的茶叶分类方法,从现有的加工概念和加工过程中渥堆技术属性两个层面论证黑茶属于再加工茶类。以此为基础就当前在黑茶方面的质疑和争论进行了分析,认为六堡茶、普洱茶都属于再加工茶类。
In order to further clarify the tea attributes of black tea,according to the tea classification method proposed by Professor Chen Yuan,it was proved that black tea belongs to reprocessed tea from two aspects:the existing processing concept and the technical attributes of stacking during processing.Based on this,the paper analyzes the doubts and arguments about black tea at present,and thinks that Liubao tea and Pu'er tea belong to reprocessed tea.
