摘要
通过金银花黄酮浸提法试验,研究了提取温度对金银花黄酮提取率与抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:提取温度对金银花黄酮提取率和抗氧化活性都有一定的影响,选择金银花黄酮提取工艺条件时,需同时考虑黄酮的提取率和抗氧化活性。
The extraction yield and antioxidant activity of Honeysuckle flavonoids were studied based on soaking extracting method. The results showed that the temperature had certain effects on the extraction yield and antioxidant activity of Honeysuckle flavonoids. The extraction yield and antioxidant activity should be considered simultaneously when choosing the extraction process of Honeysuckle flavonoids.
