摘要
以山西沙棘果渣为原料,用超声波辅助优化沙棘果渣中黄酮的提取工艺,以超声温度、超声时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数、提取次数5个因素为自变量,黄酮提取率为因变量。在单因素试验的基础上,利用超声温度、超声时间、乙醇体积分数三个因素进行响应面试验优化研究。用Design Expert 8.06软件对黄酮提取率进行多元回归模型拟合分析。分析表明:超声温度为52℃,提取时间为38min,乙醇体积分数55%,黄酮的提取率为3.19%。
With Hippophae rhamnoides residue in Shanxi province as raw material,ultrasonic was applied to optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides residue by,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,the rate of liquid to solid,ethanol volume fraction,extraction times as independent variable,the extraction rate of flavonoids was dependent variable in the experiment.In the single factor test,extraction of Hippophae rhamnoides flavonoids was optimized by response surface method with ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,ethanol volume fraction as test factors.The results were analyzed by Design Expert 8.06 software.It was shown that the optimum extraction conditions were ultrasonic temperature at 52℃,extraction time for 38 min,ethanol volume fraction at 55%,based on that extraction rate of Hippophaerhamnoidesflavonoids reached 3.19%.
