摘要
阐述钢轨轮廓全断面及轨道几何参数检测系统整体设计,以及钢轨轮廓全断面的检测方法。钢轨轮廓全断面检测基于激光摄像非接触测量技术,主要由激光摄像组件、数据处理组件、里程定位组件等组成。通过检测数据分析与现场验证,钢轨轮廓全断面和轨道几何参数检测系统运用稳定可靠,准确度高,重复性好,满足现代铁路轨道基础设施检测的需要。
This paper illustrated the overall design of testing system for full section of rail profile and geometric parameter of tracks, and proposed the testing method for full section of rail profile. Based on non-contact measurement technique of laser camera, the testing method for full section of rail profile mainly consists of laser camera component, data processing component, mileage positioning component, etc. By test data analysis and on-site verification, the system for testing full section of rail profile and geometric parameter of tracks proves to be stable and reliable in operation. It has high accuracy and good repeatability, satisfying the requirements of infrastructure testing for modern railway tracks.
