摘要
便捷式轨道动态几何状态测试装置可快速安装在地铁电客车车底,运用机器视觉、惯性计算等原理实现对轨道几何参数的在线检测,具有频次高、数据量大的特点,通过检测得到的数据,准确诊断轨道综合状态,并对轨道故障进行有效预测。阐述便捷式轨道动态几何状态测试装置整体设计、安装方案和检测方法,为城市轨道交通线路安全评估以及日常检修维护提供科学依据。
Convenient track dynamic geometry state testing device can be quickly installed on the bottom of Metro tram.It uses the principles of machine vision and inertia calculation to realize on-line detection of track geometry parameters,so it has the characteristics of high frequency and large amount of data.Through the detected data,it can accurately diagnose the compre-hensive state of tracks,and effectively predict track failures,so as to ensure the safety of urban rail transit lines.The overall design,installation scheme and detection method of the convenient track dynamic geometry state testing device are described,evaluate and provide scientific basis for daily maintenance.
