城轨车载式轨道服役状态在线检测系统研究

摘要 针对目前既有的城轨轨道检测装备种类较少、功能单一、价格昂贵等缺点,研发了1种城轨车载式轨道服役状态在线检测系统.系统运用车载诊断主机、激光光源、高速相机、标签读取器、光电编码器等设备,实现对轨廓、轨道几何尺寸和轨道波磨状态的检测,同时通过地面系统实现健康趋势分析和异常监测告警.系统可在不影响运营列车正常运行的情况下每日多次对线路各类检测项目进行密集检测,与人工检测和传统轨检车相比,检测精度与低速轨检车相当,检测周期可提高到日检等级,检测时效性更高.地面系统可同时监控多条线路当日运营数据,真正做到线路安全数据的实时监测.系统已在广州地铁9号线运营车辆上完成工程样机装车示范,其应用将进一步提升广州地铁轨道状态检测效率,提高服役能力. In view of the shortcomings of the existing urban rail track detection equipment, such as fewer types, single function and high price, an vehicle-mounted and on-line detection system of metro track state is developed. The system uses vehicle-mounted diagnostic host, laser light source, high-speed camera, tag reader, photoelectric encoder and other equipment to realize the detection of track profile, track geometry and track corrugator state. At the same time, it realizes the health trend analysis and abnormal monitoring alarm through the ground system. The system can carry out intensive inspection on various inspection items of the line several times a day without affecting the normal operation of the urban rail trains. Compared with manual inspection and traditional track inspection vehicles, the detection accuracy is comparable to that of low-speed track inspection vehicles, and the detection cycle can be improved to the daily inspection level, with higher detection timeliness. The ground system can monitor the daily operation data of several lines at the same time, realize the real-time monitoring of line safety data truly. The engineering prototype has been loaded on the operating vehicles of Guangzhou Metro Line 9, which can be detected in real time without affecting the normal operation of the operating vehicles. It will further improve the efficiency of Guangzhou metro track state detection and improve the service capacity.
