摘要
目的:了解目前全国中医药治疗艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)的主要研究者和研究机构的分布情况与合作关系以及存在的问题,以期为艾滋病中医药研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:通过检索主要的中文数据库纳入艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究,利用BICOMS-2分析软件对发表时间、期刊名称、省份、作者和研究机构进行抽取和整理,并生成作者和研究机构共现矩阵,利用Net Draw绘制网络关系图。结果:艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究数量总体呈上升趋势,但研究数量在期刊、研究者、省份和机构分布方面不平衡,2 288个研究机构(共出现4 495次,机构均1.96)的8 712名研究者(共出现11 582次,人均1.33)从事艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究。在主要研究者和研究机构合作方面,2个研究团队和33个研究机构、5位研究者和47位研究者之间合作密切。结论:艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)中医药研究者与研究机构众多,但地区分布不平衡,主要研究机构和研究者的合作关系有待进一步加强。
Objective： To analysis the distribution,cooperation and problem of researchers and institutions of traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS in the Chinese papers,with a view to provide reference to the domestic AIDS researchers. Methods： We systematically searched major Chinese databases,and included all available study of traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS in the Chinese papers,and extracted the related information（ year,journal,researcher,province and institution of papers） and produced coauthor and co-institutions matrix by BICOMS-2 software,the figure of network by Net Draw. Results： The outcome showed that the number of papers on traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS is increasing generally. There was a serious imbalance in the number of the distribution of journal,author,province and institution. A total of 8 712 researchers from 2 288（ 11 582 times,per capita 1. 33） institutions（ 4 495 times,per ageny 1. 96） and researchers was involved in traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS. As for the cooperation of major researcher and institutions,two institutions,33 institutions,5 researchers and 47 researchers have closed cooperation.Conclusion： Although more and more researchers and institutions focused on the traditional Chinese medicine for HIV/AIDS,but researchers and institutions＇ distribution unbalanced in the different provinces,the cooperation of researchers and institutions should be strengthen in the future.
