摘要
目的:探讨太芪培元颗粒治疗气阴两虚、肺肾不足型艾滋病的研究概况,为艾滋病患者用药提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、Ovid、Web of Science、Embase、Springer-link、Wiley Oline Library、CNKI、万方数据库和维普数据库截至2020年5月收录的文献,通过搜索太芪培元颗粒治疗气阴两虚、肺肾不足型艾滋病的文献,提取相关数据进行分析。结果:初筛相关文献103篇,最终纳入符合标准的文献11篇,从未设置对照组的研究、设置对照组的研究、联合抗病毒药物治疗的研究三个方面进行比较并分类总结分析。结论:太芪培元颗粒无论是单独使用,还是联合抗病毒药物治疗艾滋病,均有改善艾滋病患者临床症状体征,稳定患者CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数,改善患者生存质量及提高机体免疫力的作用,且对患者的肝、肾功能无明显的损害。
Objective:explore the situation of research on Taiqi peiyuan granules in the treatment of AIDS with the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and lung and kidney deficiency,and to provide reference for AIDS patients.Methods:Retrieve PubMed,Ovid,Web of Science,Embase,Springer-link,Wiley Oline Library,CNK,Wanfang database and Weipu database for literatures before May 2020,and search literatures on Taiqi Peiyuan granules treating AIDS with the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and lung and kidney deficiency.The relevant data were extracted for analysis.Results:103 related literatures were initially screened,and 11 literatures that met the standards were finally included.The three aspects including studies that have never set up a control group,the study set up the control group,and the combined antiviral drug treatment are compared and analyzed.Conclusion:Whether Taiqi peiyuan granule sused alone or combined with antiviral drugs to treat AIDS,it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of AIDS patients,stabilize the CD4^(+)T lymphocyte count of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and improve the body′s immunity.And it had no obvious damage to the patient′s liver and kidney function.
