摘要
运动员退役后流动问题已经成为一个重要的社会问题。这一问题产生的根源在于我国竞技体育人才培养模式。当前,随着我国体育地位的提高和教育理念的进步,新型运动员培养模式开始了初步探索,"校园足球"就是新模式的代表。相比"体校-专业队"和"一条龙"传统培养模式,它重视运动员的全面发展,尤其是文化教育,这在很大程度上决定运动员能否依靠体育成绩资本以外的其他资本——尤其是文化资本参与社会流动。"校园足球"若想成功,一要以高校为龙头;二要学习NCAA的运动员培养理念和方法。
The mobility after the players＇ retirement has become an important social problem,and this problem comes from the athletes training pattern in China. Nowadays, with theimprovement of sports status in China and the progress of educational ideas, the new athletestraining pattern has begun to be explored, and ＂ campus football＂ is the representative of thisnew pattern. Compared to the ＂ sports school - professional team＂ and the ＂ a coordinatedprocess＂ training pattern, the new pattern emphasizes the athletes ＇ integrated development,especially the cultural quality education. This will, to a great extent, determine whether theathletes can use their ＂ qualifications＂ other than sports performance, especially ＂ culturalqualifications＂ , to join the social mobility. If the ＂ campus football＂ wants to succeed, first ofall, we should consider the universities as the flagship, and then learn the athletes cultivatingconcept and methods from NCAA.
