摘要
近些年来对竞技体育人才培养模式的研究是竞技体育体制改革的重点。举国体制是我国初期竞技体育选择的策略。随着国家的富强和人们对精神生活要求的提升,金牌至上的举国体制必须做出改变。我省竞技体育人才培养模式及其体制改革的研究就是在这种大背景下进行的。竞技理念的改变、竞技主体的重新设定以及竞技利益的重新分配是以后竞技体育体制改革的主要思路和路径依持。
In recent years,the research on the training mode of competitive sports talents is a key point in the reform of competitive sports system. The whole nation system is the competitive sports chosen at the initial period.With the country＇s prosperity and people＇s demand for spiritual life,the national system that emphasize on gold medals must be changed. The research on the training mode and system reform of competitive sports talents in our province is carried out under this background. The change of the competitive idea,the reestablishment of the sports main body and the redistribution of the athletic interests are the main ideas and paths of the competitive sports system reform in the future.
