摘要
目的探讨化痰通络解痉汤加减联合电针拮抗肌腧穴对脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2014年10月—2016年11月郑州市中医院76例脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者,随机数字表法分组,各38例。对照组予以康复训练,研究组在康复训练基础上,予以化痰通络解痉汤加减联合电针拮抗肌腧穴,两组均持续治疗3个月。统计对比两组运动功能评分(FMA)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)、生存质量评分(PRO)。结果治疗后1个月、3个月研究组FMA评分、ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月研究组PRO评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络解痉汤加减联合电针拮抗肌腧穴可改善脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者运动功能,提高日常生活能力及生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Huatan Tongluo Jiejing decoction combined with electroacupuncture antagonizes muscle acupoints on the motor function and daily living ability of patients with stroke hemiplegia spasticity.Methods From October 2014 to November 2016,76 patients with stroke hemiplegia spasticity in Zhengzhou Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into control group and research group,and each group had 38 cases.The control group was given rehabilitation training,on the basis of rehabilitation training,and the research group was treated with modified Huatan Tongluo Jiejing decoction and electroacupuncture antagonist muscle acupoints.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Sports function score （FMA）,daily living ability score （ADL）,quality of life score （PRO） were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The FMA score and ADL score of the research group were higher than those of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.The PRO score of the research group was lower than that of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion The modified Huatan Tongluo Jiejing decoction modified combined with electroacupuncture antagonizes muscle acupoints can improve the motor function the daily living ability and quality of life of patients with stroke hemiplegia spasticity.
