摘要
目的:探讨腹针联合分期运动疗法治疗脑卒中恢复期偏瘫痉挛患者的疗效。方法:选取脑卒中恢复期偏瘫痉挛患者90例,观察组采用薄氏腹针联合分期运动疗法治疗,取关元、滑肉门、上风湿点、外陵、下风湿点等穴位辨证加减论治,同时采用分期运动疗法。对照组只给予分期运动疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及神经功能缺损评分(NDS)、运动功能障碍评分(FMA)、日常生活活动能力评分(MBI)等指标的改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率91.5%高于对照组总有效率60.5%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NDS、FAM以及MBI评分改善均较治疗前及对照组治疗后评分改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:腹针联合分期运动疗法治疗脑卒中恢复期偏瘫痉挛,能显著改善患者的运动功能障碍。
Objective:To study on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,abdominal needle joint staging sports therapy in patients with convalescence cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia convulsion curative effect.Method:To select 90 patients with convalescence cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia spasm,randomly divided into observation group and control group in the two groups.Observation group adopts BoShi abdomen needle joint staging sports therapy,guan yuan,sliding door,on rheumatism rheumatism point by point,wai ling,acupuncture point dialectical add and subtract treatment,USES the installment exercise therapy at the same time.The control group given stage movement therapy.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,and nerve function defect score(NDS),motor dysfunction rating(FMA),daily life activities ability score(MBI),and other indicators of improvement.Results:Observation group total effectiveness 91.5% higher than the control group total effectiveness 60.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group NDS,FAM and MBI scores improved after treatment than before and the control group after treatment scores improved significantly,are statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal needle joint staging sports therapy to treat convalescence cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia convulsion,may be superior to pure staging exercise therapy treatment,can significantly improve patients with movement disorders.
