摘要
培养学生的专业实践能力是应用型本科酒店管理人才培养的核心内容。通过文献梳理和理论研究,运用词频统计和数据分析,归纳出酒店管理专业实践能力的基本内容。运用问卷法、德尔菲法、层次分析、模糊综合评价等方法,对所构建内容进行实践检验,最终构建出酒店管理专业实践能力内容为情境感知实践、操作与知识能力、职业经历和观念等方面。
Cultivating students＇ professional practice ability is the core content when tourist management cultivating talents in application-oriented undergraduate college. Through the study of literatures and theories,using word frequency statistics,mathematical statistics,the basic content of the practice ability of hotel management is summarized priliminary. Further,applying the method of questionnaire,Delphi method hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,practical inspection,the content of the constructed was finally built.Its contents are situational awareness practice,operation and knowledge ability and professional experience and attitudeand so on.
