临床专业七年制研究生麻醉学实习带教质量的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨提高临床专业研究生麻醉专科短期培训中教学质量的有效方法。方法选取南京大学医学院、南京医科大学与东南大学医学院2015级和2016级临床医学七年制专业学位研究生共112名,采用气管插管操作与病例分析相结合的实习带教与考核模式,结合PBL教学法,记录和分析2周麻醉专科实习期间内气管插管操作例数与成功例数的变化特点。结果 2016级实习学生完成气管插管成功平均例数高于2015级(P<0.05),2016级实习学生完成气管插管成功平均例数高于2015级(P<0.05),所有学生完成病例分析考核成绩均为合格。结论本研究采用结合PBL教学方法的个体化临床带教方案,让七年制临床专业医学生在临床麻醉实习过程中主动学习,积极思考,获得了较好的麻醉学短期培训效果。 Objective To explore the effective method to improve the teaching quality in the short-term anesthesia training among postgraduate medical students.Methods 112 students of seven-year-training project of Grade 2015 and 2016 of Nanjing University Medical School,Nanjing Medical University and Southeast University Medical School were teaching objects.We utilized a combination strategy of endotracheal intubation operation and case analysis of the practice,incorporating with problem-based learning(PBL) teaching method in the intern teaching and assessment process.During two weeks' anesthesia training,all operation cases and successful rate were recorded;and the variation characteristics were analyzed.Results The average grade 2016 internship students complete tracheal intubation successful cases above the grade 2015(P〈0.05),2016 internship students complete tracheal intubation successful cases higher than an average of 2015(P〈0.05),all the students complete the case analysis of the assessment results are qualified.Conclusion The study adopted PBL teaching method into individualized clinical teaching plan,which stimulated students' active learning,positive thinking and eventually improved short-term effects ofanaesthesia training,among students of seven-year-training project
