以欢乐跑中国重庆站赛事为例,运用SWTO分析方法,分析重庆市商业性赛事的内部与外部环境,并构建重庆商业性赛事的SWTO矩阵分析,为重庆商业性赛事的持续健康发展提供科学的意见和建议。
Pleasure to run station events in Chongqing, China, for example, with SWTO analysis method, analysis of the internal and external environment of Chongqing city commercial events, and build the Chongqing commercial matches the SWOT matrix analysis, to provide scientific advice and suggestions for the sustained and healthy development of Chongqing commercial events.
