摘要
介绍了以科研为导向,设计和开设的"光响应茶皂苷元纳米胶囊的制备及其抗菌活性研究"研究性综合实验。通过本实验,学生体验了查阅文献、了解实验原理、确立研究思路和策略、制备产品、表征性能、处理数据、分析讨论、撰写实验报告等完整的科研过程,掌握了天然产物的水解和提纯、纳米胶囊的制备、物质的化学反应性质、光谱表征、抗菌活性研究等相关知识。实践表明,本实验选题针对性强,有助于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性和综合实验技能,有利于培养学生的创新意识和科学精神。
The comprehensive research experiment of "Preparation and antibacterial activity of photo-responsive theasapogenol nanocapsules"based on the scientific research is introduced.Through this experiment,the students can experience a complete research process which includes searching literatures,understanding the experimental principles,determining the research ideas and strategies,doing the preparation of products, characterizing the performance, processing the data, carrying out the analysis and discussion, writing experimental reports, etc., and master the related knowledge of hydrolysis and purification of natural products,nanocapsules preparation,chemical properties of matter,spectral characterization,antibacterial activity,etc.The practice shows that this experiment is clearly targeted and helpful to improve the students' enthusiasm,initiative and comprehensive experimental skills.It is beneficial for the students to cultivate their innovative awareness and scientific spirit.
