摘要
分析化学实验是食品科学与工程本科专业的基础必修课程,是分析化学教学中的重要组成部分。围绕食品科学与工程本科专业的人才培养要求和培养方案,本研究团队对2015年、2016年本专业分析化学实验教学内容、教学方式、专业人才培养模式等进行了探索,分析了专业人才素质培养中存在的问题,对分析化学实验教学改革提出了几点建议,并阐述了提高分析化学实验教学质量,是食品科学与工程本科专业创新型人才培养的有效途径。
Analytical chemistry experiment is a basic course of undergraduate course in food science and engineering, and is an important part of analytical chemistry teaching. Around the food science and engineering undergraduate professional training requirements and training programs, the existing problems in professional quality training are analyzed, the professional analysis of chemical experiment teaching content, teaching methods and other aspects of the teaching are explored by the research team through the past two years. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of analytical chemistry experiment teaching, and expounds the improvement of the quality of analytical chemistry experiment teaching, which are effective ways to cultivate innovative talents of food science and engineering.
