摘要
本文基于"能力-素质-技能"应用型人才培养方案对分析化学实验教学中暴露的问题,重点从实验项目的优化、教师角色转变等方面进行了初步的改革和探索。培养具有创新能力的高素质应用型人才,在实践的过程中依然存在很多问题需要解决。
This paper based on ＂ability-quality-skills＂ application type talents training plan from experimental project of optimization, the teacher role transformation of the preliminary reform and exploration for the analysis exposed in the chemical experiment teaching of key issues. There are still a lot of problems need to be solved in the process of cultivating high-quality applied talents with innovative ability in practice.
