摘要
对食品化学实验教学中的一些经验进行总结,分析了其中存在的问题,从实验内容、实验教学方法、考核方式等方面阐述了在实验教学中的改革措施。实践证明,这样的改革可有效地提高实验教学质量。
The shortcoming and problems existed in current teaching model of food chemistry experiment course were introduced and analyzed.In order to improve the quality of teaching and the students＇ practical ability,this paper explores the teaching reform of food chemistry experiment from the teaching contents,teaching methods,assenssment methods.
