摘要
目的观察闭合复位经皮内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法将80例肱骨外科颈骨折患者根据治疗方法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用手法复位治疗,观察组采用闭合复位经皮内固定治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗优良率达96.00%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组关节僵硬、肱骨头坏死发生率及并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用闭合复位经皮内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,临床效果显著,手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短,术中出血量少,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous fixation in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture. Methods Eighty cases of patients with humerus surgical neck fracture were divided into control group （30 cases） and observation group （50 cases） according to treatment methods. Manual reduction was used in the control group, and closed reduction and percutaneous fixation was used in the observation group. The clinical effect, fracture healing time and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the treatment excellence rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）; the operating time, fracture healing time, hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, the intraoperatie blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of joint stiffness, humerus head necrosis and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous fixation applied in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture has remarkable clinical effect, with short operation time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time, and less intraoperative blood loss and adverse reactions.
