摘要
目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折40例。结果 40例均获得随访,随访6个月-3年(平均1.5年),按照NEER功能评分标准,肩关节功能优27例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率90%。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折固定牢靠,可更早的功能锻炼,并发症少,疗效满意,是理想的治疗方法。
【Objective】To investigate the therapeutic effect of humerus surgical neck fracture with proximal humeral locking plate.【Methods】There were 40 cases of humerus surgical neck fracture were treated by proximal humeral locking plate.【Results】All cases were followed up,After 6 months to 3 years（average 1.5 years）follow-up.According to the NEER criteria,the results were excellent in 27 cases,good in 9 cases,fair in 3 cases,bad in 1 cases.the rate of excellent and good was 90%.【Conclusion】Treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture with proximal humeral locking plate has a credible effect,It can take functional exercise earlier.less complication,content therapeutic effect.It is a perfect therapy.
