摘要
目的:研究围生期病毒性心肌炎治疗的临床效果。方法:取某院2014年1月~2015年10月围生期病毒性心肌炎患者82例进行分组研究。常规组采用利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等抗心力衰竭药物治疗,研究组在常规组基础上给予参麦注射液灌肠治疗和黄芪注射液静滴,比较两组患者病毒性心肌炎治愈率和总有效率、经治疗后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和射血分数、治疗前和治疗后患者心肌酶谱相关指标的差异。结果:研究组跟常规组比较,病毒性心肌炎治愈率和总有效率更高,P<0.05;研究组相较于常规组经治疗后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和射血分数更高,P<0.05;治疗前两组心肌酶谱相关指标相似,P>0.05;治疗后研究组相较于常规组心肌酶谱相关指标改善更显著,P<0.05。结论:围生期病毒性心肌炎给予利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等抗心力衰竭药物治疗联合参麦注射液灌肠治疗和黄芪注射液静滴效果确切,可有效改善心肌酶和心功能,值得推广。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of treatment of viral myocarditis in the perinatal period.Methods：82 cases of patients with with viral myocarditis in the perinatal period treated in a hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected for grouping research.Regular group was treated with diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and other anti-heart failure drugs,and research group was given Shenmai injection enema treatment and astragalus injection intravenous drip on the basis of the regular group.Compared the cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups of patients with viral myocarditis;the glutathione peroxidase（pod）and ejection fraction after treatment;difference of the correlation index of myocardial enzyme spectrum of patients before and after treatment.Results：Compared with regular group,the cure rate and total effective rate of viral myocarditis of the research group is higher,P〈0.05;compared with the regular group,glutathione peroxidase and ejection fraction after treatment is higher,P〈0.05;correlation index of myocardial enzyme spectrum of the two groups before treatment are similar,P〉0.05;compared with the regular group,the correlation index of myocardial enzyme spectrum of the research group improves more significantly,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For viral myocarditis in the perinatal period,the effect of treating with diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and other anti heart failure drugs,combined with Shenmai injection enema treatment and astragalus injection intravenous drip is exact,which can effectively improve the myocardial enzyme and cardiac function,and it is worth promoting.
